His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, Robert Voss CBE CStJ, recently appointed his cadets for the coming year.
Five young people from the county’s Sea Cadet Corps, Army Cadet Force, RAF Air Cadets and St John’s Ambulance Cadets will support the Lord-Lieutenant in some of his official duties around Hertfordshire on behalf of King Charles III.
The new Lord Lieutenant’s Cadet’s recipients are:
Cdt Sgt Rosie Phillips (Army Cadet Force)
Cdt FS Karol Pluta (RAF Air Cadets)
Cdt Emily Collingwood (RAF Air Cadets)
Leading Cdt Sophia Bernasinski (Sea Cadet Corps)
Cdt Cpl Safiyah Bharwani (St John’s Ambulance Cadets)
Commenting on the appointments, the Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, Robert Voss said:
“It is always a great pleasure to invest my new Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadets each September. The five new cadets representing the three services as well as St John’s Ambulance are the exemplars of their units and a credit to their service.
“They follow an excellent cohort last year who attended a huge number of events including eight royal visits, so each cadet got to meet a member of the Royal Family on more than one occasion.
“I look forward to working with my five new cadets over the coming 12 months.”
