Silver Awards for employers who back our Defence community in 2025

This year's badge of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, for employers who earned it in 2025

We are proud to announce that 18 more employers in East Anglia have earned their Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver awards.

These companies, charities and public bodies have shown their commitment to supporting our region’s reservists, veterans and in some cases cadet force adult volunteers—not just in words, but in genuine changes to their policies and practice.

Whether it’s making time for reservists to train and deploy, recognising the value of military experience in recruitment, supporting families of military personnel or giving veterans fair opportunities as they transition into civilian careers, these employers are going the extra mile. Their efforts help ensure our Armed Forces community feels seen, valued and supported.

At East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association, we’re proud to champion organisations that back our people in uniform. The Silver Award isn’t just a badge—it’s a symbol of trust, respect and shared commitment to UK Armed Forces.

Our Regional Employer Engagement Director, Kristina Carrington, said: “Congratulations to all our Silver winners for the commitment they have shown to the Armed Forces community.

“Your invaluable support makes a real difference, and it’s brilliant to see so many businesses recognising the skills and dedication that reservists, veterans and cadet force volunteers bring to the table. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with you all on your ‘Partnering with Defence’ journey.”
