The QVRM Association, of which four of its holders from East Anglia (in photo: Col Ray Wilkinson, Wg Cdr Mike Almond, Lt Col Jackie Allen, Gp Capt Gary Bunkell), planted a Copper Beech tree in Windsor Great Park at Smith’s Lawn on Saturday. Afterwards, a commemoration lunch was held in the Vicar’s Hall at Windsor Castle.

The plaque reads: “Planted by the Queen’s Volunteer Reserves Medal Association to commemorate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee 2022 as part of the Queen’s Green Canopy.”
