West Midland Reserve Forces & Cadets Association (WM RFCA) manages all of the properties and facilities used by Reserves and Cadets in the West Midlands Region, known as the Volunteer Estate.

We provide a complete maintenance and management service to the customers that both occupy and administer the 171 individual locations.

There are 33 Reserve Force Centres in the West Midlands including one Royal Naval Reserve ship – HMS Forward, at which a Royal Marines Reserves Detachment is also based, 133 Cadet establishments including 4 Cadet Training Centres, and  5 Army/RAF Career Centres.

There are over 11,000 Cadets, including the Combined Cadet Force (CCF), from all three Services spread throughout the West Midlands. WM RFCA provides both financial and logistical support as well as assistance and encouragement in recruiting both Cadets and Adult Instructors.
