Craig works as a Management Consultant specialising in Strategic re-engineering with particular emphasis on Finance. He works for a number of bodies both in the private and public sector.

Craig joined 70 (Essex Yeomanry) Signal Squadron in 1989 commanding the Squadron from 2000-2003. He left for a staff job with 2 (National Communications) Signal Brigade in Corsham returning to command 71 (Yeomanry) Signal Regiment from 2006 to 2008, leaving to join CGS’s Briefing Team. He left the Reserve Forces in 2014.
