David joined East Anglia RFCA in 2016 and has held the posts of Estates Officer, Compliance Manager, Deputy Head of Estates and Head of Estates before acceding to his current post as Head of Estate. 

David is a Graduate Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), a Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and an Associate Member of the Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management.
