The well-being of our staff, visitors to our sites and stakeholders is our highest priority. In light of COVID-19, we will post updates via our social media channels and our website.
Due to the coronavirus, all face-to-face meetings of the RFCA are cancelled or postponed. All those affected by this decision have been contacted directly, and we will confirm new dates and venues later in the year.
Now is a good time to look back on the past year’s achievements. This is something we normally highlight to our members in person at our Annual General Meeting, because many of our members are not active on social media.
Our latest annual report features key stories which we are promoting on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, and we encourage all our members and advocates who have not yet connected with us on those platforms to do so now.
There, we are also sharing relevant content from other sources on our media channels, including updates on the well-being of the cadet forces and updates from the single Services about reservists assisting in the national effort, including from 151 Transport Regiment which have a squadron in Essex.
Our staff are able to continue the business of the association, with those staff members who are able to work remotely doing so, and ceasing all non-essential travel. We are following the guidance issued by the government.
Your continued support is appreciated, and we are still here to aid Cadet organisations, Reserves units and our wider stakeholders during these unprecedented times. For all our latest updates subscribe to our monthly e-newsletter, and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
